Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process for IT profiles. This includes tasks such as sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offer rollouts. Your expertise in IT recruitment will be crucial for the successful execution of these responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process specifically for IT profiles. - Source and attract candidates through various job portals, social media, and other platforms. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and finalize job descriptions. - Schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates. - Update and maintain the recruitment database while preparing regular hiring reports. - Oversee job postings, employer branding, and talent pipeline development for IT roles. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment. - Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with different job portals and social media recruitment platforms. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously. Additional Details: The company offers benefits including leave encashment and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday with weekend availability. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are also provided. The educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree. The preferred work location is in person at Mohali, Punjab.
