About the Role

Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for field sales roles (Banking Loan Product).
Drive
bulk hiring initiatives
, walk-in drives ,Campus hiring and open-market sourcing for multiple branches.
Collaborate with business managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
Source candidates through
portals, references,Compus, social media, and job fairs
.
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews ensuring quality and timely closures.
Maintain hiring trackers, MIS reports, and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
Support onboarding coordination and documentation for selected candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA in HR
is mandatory.
1-3 years
of recruitment experience (preferably in banking / NBFC / sales hiring).
Strong communication, networking, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals, and social media recruitment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Candidates with
field recruitment / volume hiring exposure
will be preferred.
