Talent Acquisition Recruiter

You will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment process specifically for IT profiles. This includes tasks such as sourcing and attracting candidates through various job portals, social media, and other platforms. You will be required to screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and finalize job descriptions. Additionally, you will need to schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for candidates. It will be your responsibility to maintain and update the recruitment database, prepare regular hiring reports, manage job postings, employer branding, and talent pipeline development for IT roles. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment with proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with familiarity with various job portals and social media recruiting. You should be capable of working independently, managing multiple positions simultaneously, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Sector-74, Phase 8b, Mohali. The interview mode for this role is Walk-in Only.
