As a Recruiter, you will play a vital part in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job positions. Your responsibilities will include managing job postings, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruiting journey. You will also maintain candidate databases and foster robust relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to effectively fulfill staffing requirements.
