🌟 What you’ll do:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the right fit, right on time.
• Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing methods (because job portals are just the beginning!).
• Be the face of Thrillophilia to candidates and ensure an outstanding hiring experience.
• Track and share recruitment metrics to continuously improve efficiency.

🧭 What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (start-up or fast-paced environment preferred).
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think creatively to attract and engage the best talent.
• A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for talent to walk in; you go out and find it!
