Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter in the insurance industry located in Mumbai. We work in hybrid model. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, employee referrals, and vendor hiring. Daily tasks include working closely with clients and other stakeholders, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring clear and effective communication, and collaborating with the HR team to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate with hands-on hiring experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Experience in hiring with a strong understanding of job portals, employee referrals, and vendor hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in using various job portals and recruitment software
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree, Masters in Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred
