Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition, sourcing, and Non IT end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying and engaging top talent, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing to on boarding.

·        Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.

·        Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

·        Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

·        Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

·        Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to source and engage passive Non IT candidates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
