ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to take our fast-growing market to new heights by helping us hire top talent to support our growth. In addition to sourcing, vetting, and closing great candidates, you'll get a chance to improve upon our recruiting strategy, making sure that candidates have a uniquely positive experience from first introduction all the way through to their onboarding.

We are seeking a fun and dynamic individual who will be an excellent first impression for our candidates and new hires and can work collaboratively as a trusted partner to our hiring managers, executives, and HR team. This person will need to demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to help us exceed our ambitious hiring goals during our growth phase and beyond.

This role will focus primarily on Talent acquisition, and you need to have a passion for creating a best-in-class employee experience.

To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in India and work 3 days a week in office.


ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Source digital marketing talent proactively for high-priority roles and ongoing positions across various channels (Sales, SEO, Paid Media, Account Management, etc.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, closing, and assisting with candidate onboarding in the India market
  • Develop, implement, and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and recruit qualified talent for their roles
  • Partner with other departments (Operations, etc.) to drive the recruiting process and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Take ownership of requisition workload, organization, and prioritize urgent needs while maintaining progress on non-urgent or upcoming openings
  • Assist with the offer process, including reference checks, negotiating and creating offer letters, coordinating equipment preparation, and communicating first-day details
  • Generate accurate talent acquisition reports and metrics, highlighting key deliverables such as time to fill and interview-to-hire ratios and make recommendations on solutions to close requisitions within SLA guidelines
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and challenging situations
  • Ensure compliance with country specific employment laws and company policies
  • Proactively develop relationships and a network of passive candidates for future hires in India
  • Lead Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve our ability to attract and hire top talent in the India market and identify/recommend innovation and tools to support these efforts


ABOUT YOU


  • 3–6 years’ experience in recruitment, with proven success in digital marketing or tech/agency hiring
  • Strong sourcing skills (some headhunting) for both local and international profiles
  • Comfortable working with urgency and navigating ambiguity
  • Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms required (Jobvite, LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
  • Experience sourcing on other resume database platforms (Dice, Indeed)
  • Current network of technology profiles ideal, with experience nurturing passive candidate pools
  • Detail-oriented and organized; capable of managing multiple priorities while consistently delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
  • Creative development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategy for hard-to-fill positions
  • Keen eye for talent, with experience sourcing and vetting professionals to meet organizational needs
  • Strong business acumen and adaptability to change
  • Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm to work within constantly changing priorities
