What Youll Do
  • Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to comprehend talent needs and devise personalized recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Actively seek out top-tier candidates through diverse channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee recommendations, networking events, and talent pools.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Apply your experience to influence business partners and hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Construct durable talent pipelines for vital and forthcoming positions through market mapping and building connections.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide data-driven insights through regular reporting on recruiting metrics, time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status, etc.
  • Advise hiring managers and P&C Leadership on market trends, candidate experience, and job descriptions to ensure they meet industry standards.
What Were Looking For
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a full understanding of lifecycle recruitment strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating job requirements and organizational values clearly.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, identifying challenges in sourcing or hiring processes and proposing practical solutions.
  • Valuing empathy and prioritizing the candidate experience, maintaining respectful and timely communication during the recruitment process.
  • Effective collaboration skills, with the capacity to influence and guide hiring teams on guidelines and market conditions.
  • Experience in process improvement, identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting improvements.
  • Taking responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks, achieving outcomes in line with recruitment schedules, and prioritizing high-quality recruitments.
  • Ability to develop positive connections and talent pipelines through market mapping and networking.
