Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP)

You'll be a trusted partner, ensuring consistency in global hiring processes while fostering innovation in sourcing, candidate experience, and employment branding. The role also offers exposure to emerging hiring trends, market insights, and recruitment technologies beyond India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery.
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs.
• Lead creative sourcing initiatives across direct channels, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Drive data integrity, reporting, and recruiting metrics through Workday.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure a robust, competency-based process.
• Collaborate with HR and divisional teams on inclusion, branding, and strategic talent initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor movements, and salary benchmarks.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in

  technology recruitment

  , with strong knowledge of tech stacks (e.g., Java, Snowflake, C++, Cloud, Network).
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and stakeholder partnership.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and consulting skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results through collaboration and innovation.
