Outscale Partners is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate (Experience 1 years to 7 Years) to join our dynamic recruitment team supporting Middle East operations. Mandatory Requirement: Experience in recruitment within the Power Generation / Power Plant / Energy sector is essential. Role Highlights: As part of our TA Center of Excellence, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This role offers exciting exposure to international (Middle East) hiring and collaboration with global teams. Shift: Middle East Hours (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM) Work Days: Sunday – Thursday Mode: Work from Office, Gurugram Domain: Power Sector Recruitment What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in power sector recruitment (generation / EPC / utilities preferred) Hands-on experience with ATS / HRIS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsJoin us and be part of a team that’s driving data-driven talent acquisition excellence across borders!
