Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring across Baazi Games. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, optimize recruitment processes, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and contribute to the company’s long-term talent strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions across multiple functions.
  • Source talent using advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, job portals, social platforms, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct resume screening, competency assessments, and evaluation discussions to identify the right talent-fit.
  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and functional leaders to define hiring needs and expectations.
  • Provide market insights, talent mapping, and data-driven recommendations to strengthen hiring quality.
  • Conduct regular hiring sync-ups, review pipelines, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate with TA leadership to refine hiring processes, SLAs, and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain accurate hiring data, reports, dashboards, and metrics on ATS (Darwinbox) and internal tools.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, referral programs, and hiring campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong exposure to hiring in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with proven expertise in LinkedIn, Boolean search, and multiple sourcing channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using ATS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions with urgency and deliver within timelines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret hiring data, track metrics, and optimize processes.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
