Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Bangalore

Working Model: Hybrid

Working Hours: 11am-8pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement gathering & Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portal, networking, LinkedIn etc
  • Conduct interviews, plan and implement recruiting events and sourcing activities
  • Meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports.
  • Ensure all paperwork is received and completed according to company policy.
  • Responsible for contract management and post offer management.
  • Act as a single point of contact to business stakeholders for all recruiting needs.
  • Influence & administer employee referral process of applicants.
  • Provide external marketplace information to recruiting leadership.
  • Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools (Workday).
  • Review recruit files for completeness.
  • Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request.
  • Identify issues, recommend and implement necessary actions.


Desired Skills:


  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Demonstrative expertise in talent acquisition in BFSI hiring.
  • Expertise in using different sources of hiring related to Finance domain.
  • Develop customized databases of talent pool across multiple job roles.
  • Well versed in working on various job portals & also be able to leverage professional platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed with strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
