As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Siemens in Goa, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring exceptional talent to support Siemens Limited's growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Full-Cycle Recruitment: - Managing the entire hiring process, from intake to offer. - Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies. - Building and maintaining a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates. - Engaging both active and passive talent through various sourcing methods. - Conducting structured interviews and screenings aligned with role criteria. - Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout. - Stakeholder Collaboration: - Working closely with hiring managers to grasp talent needs. - Providing insights on hiring trends, candidate behavior, and market benchmarks. - Sharing regular updates and feedback with stakeholders and candidates. - Data and Insights: - Tracking hiring metrics like time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction. - Sharing reports and insights with business leaders to drive data-based decisions. - Recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and hiring impact. Qualifications: - 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting. - Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and hire talent across multiple functions. - Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities. - Strategic mindset with excellent planning and prioritization skills. - Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools. - Interest in continuous learning and personal development.
