What you will do Supports and partners with Software R&D leadership team to set and deliver on business objectives and strategies Manages and contributes to relevant planning and analysis processes such as long-term planning (BSR), annual budget, outlooks and forecasts, monthly closing Ensures transparent cost management across all sites including benchmarking internally and externally Analyses the department performance, recommends benchmarks, and highlights key opportunities and risks and works closely with other functions in developing plans to capture opportunities and mitigate risks Partners effectively with other functions to optimize Project Lifecycle Management, reduce operating variances, maximize return on all capital and people investments and to increase cost productivity Participate in weekly PLM meetings, understand agreed business cases and ensure that they are reflected correctly in Project Management system. Review Projects on frequency based on materiality, flag potentials overruns and conclude on actions Collaborates with other Finance teams to ensure state of the art financial systems and processes that maximize functional efficiency Champions productivity and efficiency in all areas of the organization. What you bring Experience 8+ years of accounting/finance/business service experience in a multinational environment preferable in the cost driven and disciplined industry Ability to be a "Business Partner" with business mindset to help define business strategy and plans to actively manage day to day operations Strong formal and informal leadership skills to effectively define and implement a functional agenda Personal competencies Highly effective at building and sustaining excellent relationships at multiple levels, globally, throughout the organization as well as externally Ethics, confidence, managing ambiguity and being open to learning Bias towards action and results delivery which are critical in a highly performance-oriented environment; passion for quality and efficiency and a strong “can-do” attitude Excellent communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills working with global stakeholders Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities Who we are At WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.
