The selected candidate will manage a team of 10–15 recruiters, each responsible for 8–10 monthly closures for middle and senior-level positions. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, writing job descriptions, coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs, managing recruitment vendors, and publishing hiring reports and trackers regularly.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must for data analysis and reporting. The role demands the ability to manage high volumes with efficiency and a focus on quality hiring outcomes.
Candidates from BPO, IT, and Manufacturing sectors will not be considered. Applications are open to both male and female candidates who meet the specified criteria.
