Purpose of the Role

The Junior Recruiter will support Enerjazz’s rapid growth by independently driving end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions across all functions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping teams, ensuring only the right talent joins, and adopting new-age tools to make hiring more efficient.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for junior and mid-level roles—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions across sales, operations, customer support, logistics, and other departments.
  • Write and publish compelling job descriptions across relevant job boards, social media, and referral networks.
  • Source active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct structured telephonic/video interviews—ask the right role-specific and behavioural questions to assess fit, skill, and attitude.
  • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft job postings, screen candidate responses, prepare interview questions, and improve overall hiring efficiency.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers, gather feedback, and manage candidate communications for a positive experience.
  • Coordinate offer rollouts, joining documentation, and onboarding with HR and admin teams.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and MIS for all open and closed positions.
  • Support employer branding, campus engagement, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Skills & Competencies

    Required:

    • 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
    • Sound understanding of the hiring process, and ability to independently manage multiple mandates.
    • Experience sourcing and screening candidates for junior and mid-level roles across functions.
    • Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to ask relevant questions to assess both technical and behavioural competencies.
    • Hands-on experience using job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and AI-based tools like ChatGPT for recruitment-related tasks.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR/recruitment software.
    • Fluent in English and Hindi.

    Preferred:

    • Prior experience hiring for EV, automotive, logistics, or consumer tech sectors.
    • Experience with employer branding, campus hiring, or digital engagement.
