Role Overview

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead Enout’s hiring strategy end-to-end — from workforce planning and employer branding to managing a team of recruiters and ensuring a stellar candidate experience. You’ll work closely with leadership and department heads to build agile, diverse, and high-performing teams across verticals.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with business and department heads to understand resource projections and hiring priorities.
  • Design and implement scalable hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Track and report hiring metrics — time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.


Recruitment Operations

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Ensure seamless candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of talent across levels.


Team Leadership & Process Excellence

  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and interns.
  • Optimize recruitment systems, processes, and trackers for efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with HR, L&D, and department heads for structured induction and onboarding.


Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen Enout’s employer brand across digital and offline platforms.
  • Partner with Marketing/People teams to showcase Enout’s culture, values, and opportunities.


What Are We Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in startups, hospitality, or high-growth environments).
  • Proven track record of closing multiple roles across functions within tight timelines.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, assessment methods, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.).
  • A people-first mindset with a passion for building teams and cultures.
