Job Description

Key Responsibilities (JD):

  • Plan and execute recruitment strategy for all positions.
  • Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer process.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
  • Maintain candidate database and manage recruitment MIS.
  • Manage vendors, job portals, and social media hiring.
  • Drive campus and field hiring as required.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Support employer branding and hiring process improvements.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

  • Time-to-fill: Maintain hiring turnaround within agreed timelines.
  • Quality of hire: Ensure right fit and retention of new hires.
  • Cost efficiency: Optimize recruitment cost per hire.
  • Candidate experience: Maintain positive engagement and feedback.
  • Compliance: Adhere to HR policies and documentation standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
