Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across

  construction, real estate development, MEP, and design engineering

  domains.
• Partner with business heads and project directors to understand manpower requirements and develop strategic hiring plans.
• Manage recruitment for specialized technical positions such as

  Civil Engineers, MEP Engineers, BIM Coordinators, Architects, Interior Designers, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers

  .
• Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team ensuring delivery against time and quality metrics.
• Develop robust pipelines for niche roles through headhunting, networking, and industry-specific channels.
• Collaborate with technical panels to create efficient interview processes and competency-based assessments.
• Drive

  employer branding initiatives

  within the construction/real estate sector.
• Partner with vendors and agencies for bulk/project-based hiring.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
• Analyze recruitment data, trends, and market insights to influence hiring strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 15–18 years of recruitment experience, with at least

  7+ years in construction/real estate/infrastructure

  hiring.
• Proven track record in

  technical and project-based recruitment

  .
• Deep understanding of

  MEP, BIM, and Design

  roles and their industry nuances.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and social media hiring platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR from reputed colleges
• Exposure to large-scale EPC or real estate projects.
• Experience with international or GCC construction recruitment (optional but preferred).
