Talent Acquisition Manager

You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire the best talent in the industry. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry. - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,
