Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing full lifecycle recruiting processes, identifying and attracting top talent, building employer branding strategies, and ensuring effective hiring practices. The role involves managing recruiting pipelines, conducting interviews, and fostering a positive candidate experience while aligning staffing initiatives with organizational goals. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing to identify and select the right talent
• Experience in developing and implementing Employer Branding strategies
• Expertise in Recruiting for diverse roles with a focus on building a robust talent pipeline
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to manage recruitment metrics and align hiring processes with organizational objectives
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
