Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for
Internal Audit (IT/IS Audit, SOX, IFC, Operational Audit)
and
BFSI roles
across Risk, Compliance, Finance, and business operations.
Conduct competency-based interviews and shortlist candidates based on functional and behavioral
expectations.
Ensure TAT, quality-of-hire, and compliance with hiring SLAs.

2. Stakeholder Management

Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs.
Managed team as well of recruiters
Advise stakeholders on talent supply, hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market insights.
Ensure smooth communication and alignment between candidates and hiring managers.
