TA Manager

  • Lead a

    5+ member TA team

  • Drive

    end-to-end hiring

    across Sales, Ops & marketing roles
  • Own

    monthly joining targets

    (predictable + consistent)
  • Build strong sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, walk-ins, referrals)
  • Improve

    offer-to-join

    with tight follow-ups



-> What We’re Looking For


  • 4–7 years

    of non-IT hiring experience
  • Strong background in

    EdTech / BPO / DSA / BFSI

    hiring
  • Volume hiring experience (Sales/Telecalling is a big plus)
  • Past experience handling 1–5 recruiters
  • Excellent communication + strong follow-up discipline


Kindly note: Volume hiring experience is a must.
