TA Manager

Lead a
5+ member TA team
Drive
end-to-end hiring
across Sales, Ops & marketing roles
Own
monthly joining targets
(predictable + consistent)
Build strong sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, walk-ins, referrals)
Improve
offer-to-join
with tight follow-ups

-> What We’re Looking For

4–7 years
of non-IT hiring experience
Strong background in
EdTech / BPO / DSA / BFSI
hiring
Volume hiring experience (Sales/Telecalling is a big plus)
Past experience handling 1–5 recruiters
Excellent communication + strong follow-up discipline

Kindly note: Volume hiring experience is a must.
