Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Mentor

• Stakeholder Management:

  Partner closely with hiring managers, project heads, and business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver quality hires.
• Drive

• Ensure an exceptional

  candidate experience

  throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche and high-demand technology skills.
• Handle

Required Skills & Experience :

• 6–10 years of strong experience in

  IT hiring

  and talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in

  leading a team (5–10 members)

  in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring setup.
• Excellent understanding of

  technology stacks

  , IT roles, and modern hiring trends.
• Strong

  communication, articulation, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
