Overview:*We’re looking for a dynamic HR pro with 7-10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, _especially pharma field staff_. You’ll drive talent acquisition, partner with ZMs/RMs/AMs, and boost employee engagement.*Key Responsibilities:*- Design recruitment strategies for field & HQ roles.- Source, screen, interview, onboard.- Collaborate with HODs, ZMs, RMs, AMs for staffing.- Track KRA/KPI, manage confirmations, reports.- Foster engagement, HR communication, employer branding.
