Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in managing teams and building innovative sourcing methods.

Roles and Responsibility

Create and evolve a talent acquisition strategy that meets the business's needs.
Develop strategies and manage teams using analytical tools to enhance operations and efficiency.
Think creatively and develop innovative ideas for alternatives.
Provide direction through a clear, inspirational vision.
Empower the team to deliver impactful work by fostering meaningful connections.
Collaborate with the business to understand market drivers, competitive landscape, and alignment with business needs.
Influence and guide leaders, hiring managers, and interviewers to use best practices in hiring.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and measurable business impact.
Lead a high-performing IC team through compassionate management, collaboration, and coaching development.
Contribute to projects across the TA roadmap to drive innovation and best-in-industry recruiting.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment at all levels.
Experience partnering with senior-level managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process.
Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the consumer tech talent market.
Proven experience with innovative sourcing methods.
Ability to challenge assumptions and tend towards unusual, unconventional, and disruptive solutions.
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach to demonstrate the value of TA.
An inspirational leader who encourages the team to take on new challenges and exceed expectations.
