Kish Hospitality Consultant – Talent Acquisition Manager in Mumbai

We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for energetic Talent Acquisition Executives to support our Mumbai and Pune offices.

Role Overview:-
Manage the full recruitment cycle for our corporate clients – sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding – while partnering with hiring managers to meet talent goals.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and networking (Boolean search is a plus).- Write clear job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.- Screen resumes, conduct initial calls and coordinate interviews.- Maintain candidate pipelines in our ATS and track progress.- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver top‑tier talent.

Who You Are:-
- 2‑5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience (corporate or agency).- Excellent English communication; knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is a bonus.- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple openings simultaneously.- Familiar with ATS tools and major job boards.- Willing to travel or relocate within the city as needed.

What We Offer
