Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to define hiring priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering within defined turn-around-times.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies by leveraging multiple channels, including job boards, portals, referrals, social media, and niche platforms.
  • Strengthen employer branding by driving creative job marketing campaigns across digital platforms, company website, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by influencing hiring managers with talent market insights and ensuring effective communication on recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, shor
  • tlisting, coordinating interviews, offer negotiations, closures, and onboarding.
  • Guide and mentor the team on recruitment best practices, ensuring high-quality candidate experience and process efficiency.
  • Lead background verification processes to validate candidate credentials and cultural fit.
  • Maintain real-time updates on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/MIS to ensure transparency and reporting accuracy.
  • Drive special hiring projects such as campus programs, leadership hiring, and other strategic talent initiatives.
  • Collaborate with vendors, manage performance, and ensure cost-effective hiring.
  • Continuously assess recruitment processes to improve efficiency, leverage technology hacks, and enhance sourcing effectivenes


Key Requirements

  • 12–15 years of proven expertise in lateral and leadership talent acquisition, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams
  • Graduate degree with a Diploma/Postgraduate/Professional Certification in HR.
  • Proven experience in handling hiring across levels (junior, mid, senior, leadership)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools preferred; willingness to learn if not already experienced.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Target-driven with a track record of delivering quality hires within agreed timelines.
