Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for all clinical and non-clinical positions in the hospital. This role ensures timely hiring, strong talent pipelines, and a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining compliance with hospital HR standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Handle complete recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection & final offer.
  • Execute hiring for Nursing, Allied Health, Admin, Operations, Billing, Pharmacy, Support Services & Management roles.
  • Manage bulk hiring and critical position hiring based on hospital needs.

2. Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Use job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), hospital website, social media campaigns, internal referrals, consultants, and campus hiring.
  • Build and maintain a strong database for high-demand hospital roles.

3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Unit Heads, Department Heads, and HR leadership for manpower planning.
  • Coordinate interview panels, scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback.
  • Ensure proper hiring approvals and documentation flow.

4. Offer Management & Negotiation

  • Handle salary negotiation, internal parity, and offer rollouts.
  • Track acceptance/rejections and ensure smooth joining of selected candidates.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to hospital HR policy, statutory requirements, and background verification process.
  • Maintain proper recruitment trackers & MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

6. Employer Branding

  • Strengthen the hospital brand as an employer of choice.
  • Plan hiring campaigns, job fairs, and social media recruitment promotions.

7. Metrics & Reporting

  • Monitor and present recruitment dashboards:
    • TAT (Time to Hire)
    • Source-wise hiring
    • Department-wise closures
    • Dropout & no-show analysis
    • Monthly hiring summary
  • Recommend improvements in TA processes based on data insights.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of hospital staffing (clinical & non-clinical roles).
  • Excellent sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn & recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment dashboards.

Education & Experience

  • MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR

  • 49+ years of experience in

    Talent Acquisition

    , preferably in a

    hospital or healthcare organization

  • Proven experience in bulk hiring and mid-to-senior level hiring.
