Job Description

This opportunity is with large MNC. Job Summary: You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will lead complex analysis projects, provide strategic insights, and drive the development of high-impact analysis, presentations and solutions to support Purchasing globally. You will work closely with stakeholders, purchasing managers, technical teams and CPO to ensure that project objectives are met and that deliverables are of the highest quality. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Proven experience in leading complex projects and managing stakeholder expectations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Proficiency in Advance Excel and Power BI, Any other similar tool and techniques Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Reporting & Analysis: Lead the requirements gathering process for complex activities & projects, including eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to capture and understand business needs. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation. Should be able to work on Raw ERP's and other miscellaneous source data, clean it, consolidate it and convert it in to a meaningful dashboard on power BI of the highest quality. Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Business line, Budget and Purchasing strategies. Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic initiatives. Create and present comprehensive business cases, analysis and presentations to senior leadership. Be able to analyze complex data fom diferent sources to identify potential inconsistencies and derive meaningful analysis Project Management: Oversee and mentor junior business analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables. Facilitate project meetings, including requirement reviews, design sessions, and status updates. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may impact project success. Solution Design & Implementation: Work with technical teams to design and validate solutions that meet business requirements and align with architectural standards. Provide support during the implementation phase and ensure a smooth transition to operational use. Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Mitigation: managing stakeholder relationships proactively, potential risks related to procurement processes to be identified and addressed early, minimizing disruptions. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation for various audiences, including senior executives. Interaction and collaborations with Global stakeholders Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, methodologies, and technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. Contribute to the development of business analysis methodologies and best practices within the organization.
