Key Expectations This leadership role will work closely with the Board of Directors and the Senior Management Team to evaluate, drive, and scale all critical business functions, ensuring sustainable growth within the healthcare domain. Strong preference will be given to professionals who have handled the Chennai market and Tamil Nadu region extensively. Develop and execute integrated business strategies to accelerate revenue across laboratory, pharmacy, and clinical services, with a laser focus on local market needs and growth potential. Identify, plan, and implement new business opportunities including service line expansion, regional footprint development, and tapping into under-served healthcare segments. Leverage a robust network of 200+ Chennai-based doctors and healthcare professionals to generate referrals, strategic partnerships, and collaborative service models. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Chennai and Tamil Nadu healthcare ecosystem—including regulatory, competitive, and demographic dynamics—to align business objectives with market reality. Oversee daily operations across sales, branding, pharmacy, and diagnostic verticals, ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. Lead initiatives in healthcare marketing, hospital branding, and digital outreach, including social media engagement, patient education campaigns, and local community programs. Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and patient behavior to provide data-driven insights and steer business pivots as needed. Drive new strategic partnerships, institutional tie-ups, and corporate collaborations that expand service access and brand positioning. Inspire and manage multi-functional teams to foster a high-performance, patient-centric, and innovation-led culture. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational and financial performance, supporting continuous improvement and informed decision-making. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders—including consultants, medical teams, patients, and institutional partners—to ensure long-term sustainability and reputation.
