Your primary responsibility will be to drive business development strategies that align with the organization's growth objectives. In this high-impact leadership role, you will work closely with the Group Head of Sales & Marketing to enhance the hospital's revenue streams and market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth - Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and business development team to achieve organizational targets - Monitor revenue pipelines, monthly/quarterly targets, and overall achievements - Ensure the successful execution of key initiatives such as ORCs, CMEs, field visits, CCU/NICU tie-ups, and building multi-specialty referral networks - Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with nursing homes, clinics, and other healthcare facilities - Oversee the doctor empanelment and credentialing processes to enhance the hospital's medical staff Qualifications and Skills: - Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue growth and expanding business operations within the healthcare industry - Strong leadership qualities with effective planning and execution skills - Excellent communication abilities and adept at building and maintaining relationships - Preferably hold a UG/PG degree in Science, Hospital Administration, or a related field in healthcare Location: Chennai City Campus - Chetpet If you are prepared to make a tangible difference in a dynamic and purposeful work environment, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity at Dr. Mehta's Hospitals or refer someone who fits this role.,
