Talent Acquisition Manager

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at our company, your role will involve developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, across multiple functions. Achieving hiring targets of 5080 candidates per month consistently will be a key focus, along with leading, mentoring, and guiding the recruitment team to ensure efficiency and performance. Building strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment, maintain recruitment metrics, and provide regular reports to management. Additionally, managing specialized recruitment for engineering and AEC domains (Architects, Engineers, etc.) is preferred. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred). Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a recruitment agency or consultancy background, is required. A strong track record of handling high-volume hiring, excellent leadership and team management skills, and strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities are essential. Exposure to engineering or AEC recruitment will be considered an added advantage.
