Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), social media, and internal databases to identify qualified IT professionals for various job openings. 2. Screening Resumes: Review resumes to evaluate candidates' technical skills, work experience, and qualifications for specific IT roles. 3. Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
