Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and own the full hiring lifecycle. From sourcing and headhunting to onboarding, you will ensure every new hire has a seamless experience and is set up for long-term success. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leadership to build teams that deliver results while continuously improving the hiring pipeline and funnel rates, tracking key metrics, and implementing strategies for reducing early attrition.


In this role, you’ll focus on:

• End-to-End Hiring Ownership:

Design and execute sourcing strategies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process, ensuring alignment with both role requirements and company culture.

HR Metrics and Pipeline Management:

Maintain and optimize the entire recruitment funnel through structured sourcing strategies, talent pools, and pipelines. Use ATS tools to track applications, feedback, interview rounds, offer stages, and candidate data in a structured way alongside monitoring important hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, and early attrition patterns.

• Onboarding & Probation:

Own the employee journey from offer acceptance to full-time integration. Partner with teams to create structured onboarding and probation support frameworks that enable employees to perform confidently.

• Strategic Workforce Planning:

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, forecast demand, and create robust pipelines for current and future growth.

• Experience-Centric Approach:

Ensure every candidate and new hire feels valued, informed, and supported throughout their journey.
