Talent Acquisition Manager – Kish Hospitality Consultant (Panjim, Goa)

Kish Hospitality is expanding its team in beautiful Panjim, Goa. We’re looking for a driven recruiter who thrives in a vibrant, coastal environment to source top talent for luxury hotels and resorts across the region.

What you’ll do:-

- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding.

- Build a strong pipeline of hospitality professionals for our client hotels.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver a fast, friendly service.

- Promote our employer brand on social media and at industry events.

What we’re looking for:-

- 2‑5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.

- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

- A self‑starter who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working from our Panjim office.

- Passion for the hospitality industry; Portuguese language skills are a plus but not required.
