As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise-level network infrastructure. Your expertise in Cisco Routing, Switching, and Wireless technologies will be crucial in ensuring network reliability, security, and optimal performance. You will manage and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving network-related issues effectively while minimizing downtime. Deploying and configuring routers, switches, and wireless controllers to enhance network efficiency will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Ensuring that network security protocols are followed and assisting in audits and compliance checks will be essential. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support network enhancements and upgrades is also part of the job. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in networking with hands-on experience in core technologies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the modernization of our endpoint management, including automation, security compliance, and device lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Trend Micro products (Vision One, CREM, E-mail security etc.). * Threat detection and remediation with complete ownership. * Regular Policy review, re-configuration, and fine tuning as per industry best practices along with OEM and Japan insights. * Regular Patch and signature updates. * Coordination with Trend Micro TAM and support team for critical & escalated issues then apply the suggested fix. * Log review and daily/weekly/monthly report generation then share with respective operating companies.
