Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Power Automate Developer with 2–3 years of experience in building workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is based in Telangana , and applicants must be open to relocation . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows). Create low-code applications using Power Apps to streamline and automate business processes. Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel . Develop custom connectors and leverage REST APIs for advanced integrations. Troubleshoot, test, and optimize automation flows for performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver business-focused solutions. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance best practices. Prepare technical documentation and provide deployment support. Required Skills & Experience 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (including Desktop Flows). Solid understanding of Power Apps , SharePoint Online , and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Experience in integrating flows with third-party services using APIs and data connectors. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exposure to RPA , Power BI , JavaScript , or PowerShell is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-400) are a strong advantage.
