As a Power Automate Developer, You Will
- Design, build, and deploy Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows to automate business processes.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows aligned with HR and Benefits functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and other third-party applications.
- Test and validate all flows before deployment and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Primary Skills
- Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud Flows) – Hands-on experience required
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) design and deployment
- Power Platform ecosystem: Power Apps, Power BI (nice to have)
- Debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of automation flows
- Knowledge of integrations with Microsoft 365 and third-party applications
- Strong documentation skills (process flow diagrams, design documents)
- Experience working in Agile / fast-paced environments
Ideal Profile
- 4+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in Power Automate
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of independent execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Certifications in Power Platform or RPA are an advantage
