What are we looking for: We are seeking a skilled Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow automation, process optimization, and integration across Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.

Role: Power Automate Developer

Location: Hyderabad

Years of experience: 7+ Years

• Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft services (SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Dynamics 365, Entra ID, and Azure Services) and third-party applications.
• Create custom connectors and utilize premium connectors to extend automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct process analysis to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
• Implement exception handling, error logging, and performance monitoring for automation flows.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Stay current with Power Platform updates and incorporate new features into automation strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in RPA development, with specific expertise in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, and JSON expressions.
• Experience with Power Automate Desktop and AI Builder for advanced automation and interacting with REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Dataverse.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience with machine learning integrations and OCR/ICR tools (e.g., ABBYY, Google Tesseract).
• Familiarity with .NET technologies and responsive design principles.
• Prior experience in government, healthcare, or legal services automation projects.
