Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver structured training programs on ServiceNow modules and functionalities Create engaging, user-friendly training materials , including manuals, videos, and presentations Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions , ensuring high levels of learner engagement Participate in ServiceNow training programs for the first 45 days to build expertise and stay aligned with company objectives Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow enhancements, best practices, and industry trends Provide post-training support to learners, ensuring knowledge retention and practical application Skills & Qualifications Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, etc.) Proven track record in training delivery , with experience in corporate training or consulting Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage a diverse audience Ability to develop customized learning materials tailored to different skill levels Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles is preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team Continuous learning and professional growth in the ServiceNow ecosystem Show more Show less
