comprehensive training programs
, developing course content, conducting workshops, and ensuring that participants gain the skills needed to maximize the value of ServiceNow solutions in their organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery - Design and deliver ServiceNow training sessions for developers, administrators, consultants, and end-users.
- Conduct classroom training, online workshops, and blended learning sessions.
- Tailor training content to meet the needs of different audiences, from technical teams to business stakeholders.
Curriculum & Content Development - Develop and update training materials, courseware, manuals, and hands-on labs.
- Create engaging and practical learning experiences aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Incorporate real-world case studies, exercises, and assessments to reinforce learning.
Module Expertise - Deliver training across core ServiceNow modules such as:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Security Operations (SecOps)
- Stay updated on latest ServiceNow releases and features to integrate into training programs.
- Assessment & Feedback
- Design and administer quizzes, assignments, and certification practice exams.
- Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure skill gaps are addressed.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine delivery methods and materials.
- Mentorship & Support
- Provide post-training support, mentoring learners in applying their knowledge to projects.
- Coach junior trainers or internal teams to build training delivery capacity.
- Guide learners preparing for ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT training with significant focus on ServiceNow.
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow platform and multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.).
- Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training delivery.
- Strong technical skills in ServiceNow administration, scripting, and configuration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in preparing learners for ServiceNow certification exams.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CSM, ITSM, ITOM, or others).
- Experience working with corporate clients, enterprise projects, or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and virtual training environments.
- Exposure to ITIL frameworks and other IT service management practices
