Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Gurugram, India. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring technical talent. The Technical Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure that the recruitment process aligns with company goals. This role also involves maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting
• Proficiency in general Recruiting processes and best practices
• Exceptional Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Relevant experience or background in the tech industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in B.E/B.Tech, or related field.
