Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Candidate should be well versed with Naukri portal, head-hunting, cold calling.

· Handle Technical recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.

· Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal.

· Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.

· Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidate’s technical skills and competencies and assess candidate’s ability to fit the work environment.

Eligibility & Experience:

• Minimum experience of 1.5 years with technical background.

· Candidates should be good in MS office.

· Good English Communication Skills required.

· Must Have LinkedIn Recruitment Experience & C2H Role.

· Should come with Positive attitude, confident, flexible to shifts & target oriented.

Work Location: Jasola, South Delhi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
