Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. Understand job requirements and align suitable profiles. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates. Requirements: Graduate in any stream (preferably HR/IT background). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of IT skills/technologies is an advantage.
