We are seeking a skilled Python Full Stack Developer with a backend focus to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend development using Django or Flask, and basic front-end capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend features and API endpoints
• Implement data processing logic and business workflows
• Write comprehensive unit/integration tests and technical documentation
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and DevOps
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge within the team

Required Technical Skills

• Backend Development: Strong experience with Python, particularly using Django or Flask
• Web Frameworks: Understanding of MVC architecture and modern backend frameworks
• Databases: Proficiency with SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• API Development: Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Testing: Familiarity with pytest, unittest, and test-driven development (TDD)
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and Git-based workflows
• Frontend Basics: Working knowledge of JavaScript and React is a plus
• Tools: Basic experience with Docker and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Data Handling: Experience with JSON, XML, and CSV formats

Additional Requirements

• Experience in professional software and web application development
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
• Good debugging and performance optimization skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 per year
