Job Title: Telesales Executive Location: Surat, Gujarat (Onsite, Office-based) Experience: 0–2 Years Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team in Surat. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and converting leads into sales. This is a great opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a career in sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products. Maintain and update the CRM database with customer details and status. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Follow up on leads and prospects in a timely manner. Handle customer objections and provide accurate information to resolve queries. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English. Confidence, persistence, and a persuasive attitude. Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM tools.
