Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team in Surat. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and converting leads into sales. This is a great opportunity for freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with customer details and status.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up on leads and prospects in a timely manner.
• Handle customer objections and provide accurate information to resolve queries.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
• Confidence, persistence, and a persuasive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
