We’re Hiring: NOP Commerce Technical Lead

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 8+ Years (Minimum 6+ Years in NOP Commerce)

We are on the lookout for a highly experienced NOP Commerce Technical Lead to drive the next phase of our e-commerce platform evolution — including major upgrades, performance optimization, and future SaaS transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the upgrade of NOP Commerce from v4.5 to v4.7
• Design & develop custom plugins, themes, and extensions
• Architect scalable solutions for future SaaS/microservices transition
• Drive API integrations with Amazon Ads, Seller Central, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, CRMs, ERPs, and payment gateways
• Manage Azure cloud infrastructure, caching (Redis), and SQL performance tuning
• Implement CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), integrate SonarQube, and follow secure coding standards
• Lead performance/load testing and continuous optimization
• Collaborate closely with business, PMs, QA, and cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience:

• Deep expertise in NOP Commerce (6+ years) plugin/theme development
• Strong command of C#, .NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, jQuery
• Hands-on integration with payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net) and shipping workflows
• Experience with Amazon Ads/Seller Central, CRM/ERP integrations, and invoice/accounting plugins
• Azure: Azure SQL, Redis, CI/CD pipelines, performance tuning
• Solid knowledge of secure coding, code quality tools (SonarQube), and DevOps best practices
• Proven leadership in enterprise-grade eCommerce project delivery

Nice to Have:

• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with microservices-based architecture
• Exposure to full-stack development
